Dr.
Luis Gaviria is a clinical psychophysiologist,
trained by doctors Hershel and
Marjorie
Toomim.
He is the author of "Alphacybernetics
and Stress Management". He is the
coauthor of book in cardiology, "Risk factors in cardiovascular
disease: myths and realities". He has published 16 Spanish
titles in audio CD and cassette.
He is currently the head of the Stress Medicine Unit, at the
Intensive Care Unit of the Las Américas Hospital in Medellín,
Colombia. |
A
noted speaker is also a professor at postgraduate level for UIS
(Universidad Industrial de Santander) and UNAB (Universidad
Autónoma de Bucaramanga) in Colombia, South America.
He is a sought after consultant in the Human Development and
Organizational Development fields. His firm
has presented seminars in nine countries.PBS / WLRN aired a series of 11 TV shows
around his life and work.
He has also directed a radio show in Miami, Florida, "The
Doctor at your home", educating the community around health
and Quality of Life Improvement.
